		<description>Actually, if the laws are better in Colorado, you&#039;re not legally obligated to change the state at all.  A lot of companies pick Nevada or Delaware to incorporate in, and then never even set up an office in the state.

I don&#039;t know what Delaware&#039;s appeal is, but I do know that Nevada has no state tax on corporations.  Virginia is a good corporation state as well.  The reg fees and taxes are the lowest in the US.</description>
