Hey Roy,

That doesn't appear to be the case. Checking the Ganymede Discovery Site doesn't get all of the plug-ins that it needs. There are still errors for several different missing pieces after selecting all of the dependencies. Just getting a vanilla Eclipse install and then trying to install Zend Studio as a plugin doesn't work, either.

I'll try your alternate suggestion just to see if it will work out any better, but I honestly don't have high hopes. Still not a huge fan of Eclipse, either way.

Thanks.

Hi Jeremy,
taking a look at this page (http://tinyurl.com/aayv3l) I see that the Ganymede Discovery Site includes all 3rd party plug-ins (including WTP, GEF, EMF, SDO, DTP, BIRT and TM update sites). Can you describe what exactly you experience?

I also recommend installing a fresh install of Zend Studio (http://tinyurl.com/6a9qsy) and then installing your favorite plug-ins. This would be easier... :)

Good luck!

Yeah, that's what I'm using right now. Something about it just doesn't feel quite right, but it's not really getting in my way. I'll spend some more time with it to see if it's going to work out or not.

I just started using NetBeans IDE 6.5 with the PHP bundle and I have to say... I'm very impressed. Have you given it a whirl yet?
