I currently test on MSIE 5-7, Firefox 2.0 (There's generally no differences in versions) and Opera 9. I sometimes test on Safari, but until I get a Mac I have to use browsrcamp.com which is a hassle. I have OS x x86 but that involves rebooting. MSIE 7 isn't really that bad if you're code is clean and valid, but it's still not a standards browser. www.browsercam.com is pretty handy too, and if you set up a wildcard email forwarder (eg. all unknown @jeremyprivett.com email addresses go to one), you can keep signing up for 24 hour trials.
